Yes. The 14-day trial gives you full access to Professional tier features — ERP sync, accrual scheduler, reconciliation templates, and audit export. No credit card required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in periods on monthly plans.
Direct ERP sync (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Xero) is available on Professional and Team plans. Essentials supports manual CSV import. Microsoft Dynamics 365 sync is available on the Team plan.
No setup fee on Essentials or Professional. Most controllers configure Closegrove against their NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage Intacct in 1–3 days without professional services or an IT ticket. Team tier includes a dedicated onboarding session at no additional cost.
You can export your complete close history, reconciliations, and documentation at any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted from our systems.
